Your organisation’s To Action space
Plans, licences and access
One central account brings you to your organisation and the apps you can use. The right access depends on the app, your organisation and your own permissions.
Buying capacity and assigning access
Your account and your organisation
Sign in, create an account or recover your password at app.toaction.co.uk. Then choose the organisation you are working with, or follow the available steps to create or join an organisation. Having an account does not give you membership of another organisation.
Choose an app for the task
Browse the central app catalogue and open the app you need. Each app has its own tools and workspace. Hub is optional. Apps still in development remain unavailable, even when you have signed in.
Purchased capacity is not an automatic permission
An organisation’s plan or licence defines what it has purchased, including any applicable capacity. A person may then need to be assigned access. Being a colleague, paying a bill or holding an organisation role does not automatically give access to every app or every private record.
Purchased, assigned and remaining
Purchased capacity is the amount your organisation has bought. Assigned capacity is the part already allocated to named people or work. Remaining capacity is what can still be assigned within that purchase. Inviting a colleague does not itself buy more capacity or require that person to make another purchase.
For the current FRA offer, the licence covers one assigned person working on one new assessment for one named building for six calendar months. An organisation membership invitation does not add a second person to that assessment licence.
Keep private work private
Your access follows current organisation membership, app entitlement, your assignment and the record’s permissions. An invitation or a matching email address is not a substitute for completing the account and membership steps.
Check the terms for the particular app
Each offer explains its price, scope, people or capacity, access period and renewal terms before purchase. We do not apply one assumed usage price across the app family. Other app pricing will be shown when an offer is ready.
Fire Risk Assessment: the approved offer
New purchases are temporarily unavailable. The approved terms below describe the offer for when purchases reopen. Open Fire Risk Assessment takes you to the account to check existing access; it does not buy an assessment.
£120 once for a new assessment and one named building, for one assigned person and six calendar months of access. No subscription or automatic renewal. Creating an account does not purchase this licence.
Review before payment
When new FRA purchases reopen, check the organisation, named building, assigned person, £120 price and six-calendar-month access period in the account’s purchase flow. Continue only when those details are right.
While payment is pending
A payment attempt or a return from checkout is not confirmation of app access. If the account shows a pending payment, wait for its confirmed result and check the account status before trying again.
Confirmed access and your assessment
Access follows confirmed payment and assignment. Open your authorised assessment from the central account, work through the building record and return to it during its access period. If access has not appeared, keep the purchase reference and contact support.
Manage licences and people
Return to your central account to review the access information available to your organisation. Check purchased capacity, assignments and any remaining capacity before assigning work. Management options depend on your current permissions. Contact support if an allocation needs correcting; do not make another purchase simply to resolve an uncertain payment or access status.
