Organise fire-risk assessment notes, evidence and follow-up actions for competent review.

How we use your details
To Action stores your email, chosen app, testing or launch preference, signup date and the consent you give in its private website interest register. Your details are used for updates and invitations about this app only. They are not added to other app lists or used to create an account.
We retain this registration for up to 12 months. To withdraw or ask for deletion, email hello@toaction.co.uk from the address you registered and name the app. Any future update will also explain how to leave.
The register is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit spam; we do not store your raw IP address in the register. See our privacy policy for further contact and rights information.
