To Action product

To Action Fire Risk Assessment

Organise fire-risk assessment notes, evidence and follow-up actions for competent review.

The developing tool brings questions, observations and draft actions into a structured working record. It supports preparation for review; it does not carry out an inspection, certify safety or replace a competent assessor.

Demo only · public access not open

How to get involved

Explore the demo with sample information. If the app looks useful, join its own waiting list or tell us what would make it work better for your organisation.

Where we’re heading

Choose the apps your work needs.

We’re developing a connected family of apps, with a shared account where it makes work easier. Hub is one option; you won’t need every app to benefit from a particular tool.

Clear purpose. Appropriate access.

Each app has its own job. Shared organisation information is intended to reduce repeated entry, with access limited to the people and apps that need it.

What you can use today

The demos are separate examples using fictional information and reset when refreshed. Shared accounts and connections between apps are still being developed. A waiting list records your interest; it does not create an account or give app access.

Early interest · no payment needed

Choose what suits you. Help shape the app through testing, or wait until it launches.

Joining is free. It does not create an app account, reserve access or commit you to a purchase. Each app has its own list.

How we use your details

To Action stores your email, chosen app, testing or launch preference, signup date and the consent you give in its private website interest register. Your details are used for updates and invitations about this app only. They are not added to other app lists or used to create an account.

We retain this registration for up to 12 months. To withdraw or ask for deletion, email hello@charityegg.co.uk from the address you registered and name the app. Any future update will also explain how to leave.

The register is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit spam; we do not store your raw IP address in the register. See our privacy policy for further contact and rights information.

Who it’s for

People responsible for charity, church and community premises who need to organise information for an appropriate fire-risk review.

What we are developing it to help with

  • Work through questions and record observations
  • Keep supporting evidence with draft actions
  • Prepare a clear record for competent review

What Fire Risk Assessment is being developed to help with

The planned workspace is intended to help organise working material around a responsible person's own assessment and review process.

  1. Bring premises information together

Organise relevant building context and guided working sections as a starting point for responsible-person review.

  2. Keep draft findings and evidence connected

Bring together draft findings, follow-up actions and evidence references in one working area.

  3. Support the right review

Use the material to support appropriate responsible-person review and any specialist input that is required.

What happens next

Try the demo, then choose testing invitations or launch news. Registering interest does not create an account or give immediate access.

What this does and doesn’t cover

It is a separate working-draft product and does not provide certification, professional sign-off, official approval or a compliance guarantee.
